Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.
The location of the motel was good in so far that it was close to Sorrento and Portsea. The motel itself was not in a good spot however but more of that later. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the motel was close to several coffee shops.
a great motel for visit the Mornington Peninsula, behind the Blairgowrie Beach on the Point Nepean Road and near the hot spring. a gas station next to the hotel, no worry about the fuel. The room has everything you need. And, it's a clean room with electronic lock, you don't need to remember to bring a key.

good clean motel for an overnight stay while sailing locally. front room was a bit noisy with passing traffic (it had been raining), but the hot spa bath was b welcome after a cold day on the water
Our 4 day stay proceeded very well and we were able to visit all our desired locations. The motel was very convenient and provided us with all our needs, including the capacity to catch up with our washing at no extra cost - a real bonus.
My wife and i, travel quite extensively, all over this wonderful world, and i ve seen a lot of accomodation. Moodys Motel, was a breath of fresh air, that seemed to tick every box , with its simple decor and innovative ideas. The manager was not only efficient, informative, and personable, but was certainly a major reason, this establishment, succeeds, to the level of hospitality, it does.
Great staff, very accommodating giving us an early check in & late check out. Also great to have phone charging USB sockets by the bed. The coffee pod machine was welcome as was a good sized fridge with separate freezer. Good insulation for a motel.
The price we paid was absolutely bad value. I checked today and we could stay at two Hilton hotels in Melbourne tonight for $150 less than this very standard motel.
