Well I turned up at about 8 o'clock and management was asleep and mobile phone off so couldn't get in to my room I was given a 4 digit pin number which was no help getting me in to my room or a key to do so after trying to call for 2 hours I gave up and had to catch a uber to another motel in Caboolture having to pay 180 more to get some sleep coming home from a 2 week working block I was tired and very unhappy I would like to be refunded for this as it wasn't late when I was not answered so I could check in.
The motel was a refurbished old style hotel. The room was very comfortable and well equipped it was clean as has everything you could need in the property.
The location for our travel plans was exactly what we required. The room was really well presented, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The motel owner was very welcoming and helpful with local information.

this small boutique motel was a delightful surprise. it was spotlessly clean, bed was super comfy, has been renovated tastefully and Tina was so helpful. the power went out at one stage (all over beachmere) and she arrived at our door with a candle. She gave us some tips for restaurants that were excellent.
I required a hotel in close proximity to Brisbane Airport and desired a quiet environment with parking facilities. The Beachmere Palms Motel perfectly met these requirements. I received a warm welcome, the room was of medium size and clean, and there was a microwave available. It offered good value for money.
