It's a cool, retro style motel - had everything I needed for a comfortable and clean stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and I'd happily stay again :)
The location was perfect for our requirements as we were walking to the Cherry Street Sports Club on most days. Avlon Motel is also within walking distance of shopping centres and the Richmond River.
Fabulously modern and spacious room. Dog friendly with its own secure little courtyard. Clean pool and nice sociable BBQ area. The cafe at the motel had good coffee. Staff were very friendly and there is a small fridge in the reception area where drinks can be purchased. Parking in front of room.
