Staff good. Breakfast ok. Coffee terrible. Broken toilet seat in external toilet/shower facilities. Lots of broken/dirty areas at castle. Sad to see maze had been spray painted/broken. Shower door in cabins hit toilet awkward to get in and avoid water whilst its heating up. Beds in cabins roll around all over floor as slippery surface - this also means when two single beds they slide apart in night. Otherwise clean nice to stay in. Shame there isnt something to seperate outdoor areas as you are close to next people which is awkward.

Location!!! So great, we had dinner at the Sebastopol Bowling Club right across the road, Coles is within walking distance, and not too far down the road are all the major takeaway options. We didn't notice any traffic noise, it was a nice quiet stay. The beds were SUPER comfortable, everything was clean, wifi and foxtel were a plus. The room was quite big and spacious with a decent sized wardrobe. We will definitely stay again! Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

On a very cold winters night in Ballarat, the very comfortable beds with electric blankets, were heavenly. After eleven hours on the road from Sydney, we enjoyed a great night's sleep and woke feeling very refreshed.
Motel was clean, warm and comfortable. Had options for early and late check in/ early check out. Had heaps parking with large spaces and room for trailers. Plus the included breakfast made life easy as well!

This motel was in a very handy location to the shops and central CBD. The room we had was large and the bed was very comfortable and large to match the room. The room was by the road but you didn't hear the road noise.
