The room was tidy and clean. We had everything we need to rest and refresh ourselves while we were on our way to Adelaide. The location was good, only a short drive to grocery store and eateries.

Staff was friendly. Room clean, spacious and comfortable with a 4 seaters dining table. A separate bedroom with a twin bed was great. All 3 beds have heated option which was good for winter season. Room was warm enough for winter but not the toilet. Parking right at doorstep is convenient. Kfc next to the motel and supermarket few minutes drive away. Location not bad. We enjoyed our stay. Will consider this motel again in future.

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The size of the room is above average. It is one of the best motel rooms we have stayed. It has sound proof walls which makes it very quiet. It even has a separate toilet from the bathroom! being attached to the local hotel is such a bonus. The meals at the hotel are very nice and great prices. Very close to a very nice artisan bakery for lunch and coffee. Very close to Whale watching area. This is our second stay in this gem and hopefully not our last.
Sofa couch wasnt great, but main bed was comfy. Nice and clean. As with any motel, would be nice if a bowl and plate were provided so you could eat your own breakfast
We have stayed at the Allansford Hotel Motel before and came back as it was just brilliant. The food at the Hotel is absolutely lovely and the staff at the Hotel are very pleasant and friendly. The motel room is very large and clean and we will definitely return on our next trip south.

The motel amenities were all quite good, the issue I had with this accommodation was the boom box that fired up at 8:30 on a Sunday morning with Dolly Parton and her boot scooting buddies. I spoke to the management, did care about the racket they were making. So unless you like to be woken up at 8:30am on a Sunday morning by Dolly Parton? I suggest you look elsewhere.
This motel was amazing, we booked to stay one night but ended up extending it for another night as it was so lovely and affordable! The beds are very comfortable and the room is so clean. The staff are all so welcoming and the food at the restaurant is really good, I would definitely stay here again.
A well proportioned room with comfortable bedding and adequate amenities. the bonus was the motel is adjoined to the hotel complex which contains a busy bistro and I can understand why it is busy because the food is excellent.
