The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The staff is pleasant and welcoming, but they don’t speak English so communication was a challenge. Everything was as expected, the check in and check out was simple. We appreciated that there was free parking and the price is unbeatable. Pretty nature and good restaurants close by.
Lovely old city within the old walls and with the castle nearby. The hotel is hostorical and is situated in the very center of the old city. Danube just 2 minutes away. Lovely walk arround the city and down the Danube. Great free parking. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Tasty food and good breakfast. It was a shame that next morning after our stay it was pouring with rain so we couldn't have walked any more.
I only rate the accommodation - not the restaurant with breakfast for an extra charge.
Room large, clean, well equipped. Outside covered bike-shad. Unfortunately, the motel is close to a very busy road and my room didn't have air conditioning so I was either hot or opened the window and couldn't sleep due to the noise from outside. If you don't mind the traffic noise, the motel is a good choice for an overnight stay.
It’s a motel so don’t expect luxury but to my surprise it was clean and had everything I needed. Given how much accomodation costs in Austria, this is a good deal and I would come back again (not for vacation but for one over night stay it’s perfect)
The atmosphere is great, being in an old monastery. The ceilings are high and vaulted, the interior is simple, but tasteful. We had a room facing the Donau and unlike some other reviewers here, we didn't hear anything from the post. We did see their cars, but we heard no noise. The room had a double window. No airconditioning, but there was a fan. The room is big and spacy, there is a fridge. Great to have free parking behind the building.
The breakfast is not free and it's not possible to order it on booking.
But the breakfast was a very good one.

The motel is nice situated at the exit of the old center of the town so you have some opportunities to grab a drink/bite also.

Guests should take into account that there is no door in the shower in the room)) it is not broken, it is not provided by the design)
As for parking, the description indicates that the hotel has private parking, in fact, there is a municipal free parking near the hotel, where they offer to park if there is space. We had no problems with the availability of seats, although we arrived for the festival weekend.
Very nice staff, the lady responsible for the reception and restaurant was very kind and friendly (speaks German, Slovak and Hungarian). The dinner was very good. Free parking just opposite the hotel.
