Location was quiet and in an okay area. Not many foreigners in the area, but the walk to the station was about 15-20mins (which wasn't too bad, unless you have big luggage to hull). There was a 7Eleven 2 minutes away so that was nice. And a little restaurant with an open take away stall right by the train station that opened late night (12~1am). Perfect for late snack (delicious takoyaki and yaki soba), which by far was the best i've had in Japan. Room itself was clean, comfy, and very spacious! Also, yes for an adult only hotel, they do give you a key to the room.

Nice, big and clean room, tasty food and you can order beer for free :) It was quite quiet comparing to other love hotels. Great time :)

It is a "love hotel" originally and it has its quirks. But overall the stay there was very good - very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan, huge bath, and breakfast. All for very competetive price in Osaka.
