This was definitely a kind of customer friendly service. *Convenient location to Fukuoka Airport and town center if you have a car. *Hotel staff were very helpful. They would come out to give help quickly if you called them.

Room was enormous, the bath alone being larger than some standard single rooms. Lots of amenities, big comfy bed, full fridge and microwave, in-room vending machine. Breakfast was seriously good, delivered to my door at the time of my choosing. I was traveling by bicycle, and I arrived a little earlier than the 6pm.check in, but a staff member saw me roll in and came downstairs to help me, allowing me to check in early.
