The staff don’t speak English so be sure to use google translate if you have any needs. The staff are super nice and very accommodating and if there is a problem it will be fixed straight away. I would highly recommend to stay as the room has everything you need(microwave,fridge,comfortable bed,two massage chairs) Love hotels are a little hit and miss in Japan but this one of good and I would stay again for sure.
