What truly set Hotel Zen apart was the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like honoured guests. The personalized service, exemplified by Wataru's dedication to ensuring our comfort, made our stay truly special. Wataru went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From planning out for us a day in the Hakkoda Mountains, sending us our itinerary and all travel details to to picking us up and dropping us off at the train station when needed.
