Very well located, quiet and peaceful even if it's in the hear of the city. Short walk from the train station. The decoration is really beautiful and everything works well. I had my own balcony and a little fridge in the room. It's also great to have it for adults only. Communication with the host worked smoothly via WhatsApp. They have a breakfast deal with a cafeteria around the corner where you can choose your pastry and coffee., and there's a supermarket downstairs.

Great location, close to good restaurants. Room and apartment looked freshly renovated with USB plug close to bed. Lightning in the room is great. Room and bathroom are very clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is big and is inside of the room. Room itself was big. Quiet area of the city, but still close to everything. There was a kitchen available in the common area. We arrived quite late and owner was waiting for us so check in was smooth. Free parking is just 7min walk away.

Location - Exceptional at the center of Santa Maria Nuvella, 5 minutes walk to the train station, 3 minutes walk to the city tramp line, 30 seconds to catch taxi, 7-10 minutes walk to Duomo (cathedral) and 12-15 minutes walk to gold bridge (Ponti V) . Excellent square for relaxation and the hotel is ready to issue city Map to visit exciting sites in Florence (Firenze). Very exciting staff, always ready to support and mini-bar free of charge. i love Hotel Roma Firenze.
Excellent view to the Mediterranean Sea, and the city. Roof top kitchen, Excellent breakfast and very conducive room for relaxation. Very supportive staff and considerate management putting customer first. I love Hotel Excelsior.
the spa was good however you could only use it for a hour. pool bar service was very good. it’s nice they have a pool table and tennis courts and 2 pools one for adults only and other for families.
