Very nice apartment with very kind and flexible host! Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom (with mood lightning), the bedroom is big enough with smart TV. The view is really stunning from up there. There is also a dedicated parking place for the car. We didn't lack for anything, we would have stayed longer :) Thank you!
Really tranquil and nice place, with lots of areas to hang out, read book, get tan or exercise. Breakfast was delicious, people working there were very nice. We enjoyed every moment and it felt like home ❤️swimming pool, lightning at night, smell of jasmine - wow
We couldn't fault anything about this hotel! The location is central in the old town, the host Nicole was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us, perfectly clean room with amazing view over the piazza and towards the beach. The bathroom was stunning with the added touch of mood lightning. We thought the view couldn't get better until we went to the roof terrace where there was an even better 360° view with sunloungers, tables and chairs where breakfast was served. Era Perfetto!
View spectacular, Room clean and modern though bathroom could do with being updated. Pool area ideal with adults only area though . Breakfast great and bonus of being able to park car safely and use shuttle bus into the city. The staff were always happy to help!

This lovely little apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable with everything you need with lightning fast internet and a good location. The owner Lorenzo gave us so many tips and information on where to go and what to do around the city and even greeted us upon arrival personally to make sure we got settled ok with some very generous gifts and warm hospitality. Antonello was the perfect host. He provided so much useful information on restaurants, bakeries, buses, car rentals, grocery stores, etc to make our stay nice and easy. Villa Soliva is a wonderful place. Great views of the sea, Monte Pellegrino, and Mondello. Nice, spacious rooms and bedrooms. The greatest terrace you can think of. Lightning fast Wifi, great aircon. Very peaceful area. We stayed for nine nights in July of 2022. Highly recommended.
