Every staff member was so friendly and attentive. Very well catered to families and despite travelling as a couple to attend a wedding we will definitely consider returning and bringing the children. Nice size hotel - not too rammed with people and right amount of adult only areas too. They were also excellent at arranging taxi services and looking after you. We got stuck at cameo beach and they sent a taxi within minutes. I was very impressed with the customer service.
Swimming pool was amazing. Loved that it was infinity, adults only, great views, clean, quiet and was easy to get beds. The room was a great size. Staff were friendly and funny. They helped us book a taxi and gave us extra swimming pool towels when requested. Breakfast was great - good variety. I’m a vegetarian and didn’t struggle. We hired a car & explored the island. It felt like a good area to explore the majority of the island. Car parking was also easy.
Super friendly & helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived late from the airport on our first night, we found snack boxes waiting for us in our room and they also gave us a room upgrade :) We also loved the adults only pool area which was very cozy & peaceful.
