Beautiful hotel with welcoming and lovely staff. Yes it's a love hotel but it isn't any way sleazy or "cheapened" by this. In Japan, it's not as taboo as the west and is still dealt with in a classy way. Yes there are advertisements for things you cab purchase and stuff in the room that can be used for a certain purpose which didn't bother us a jot. The amount of toiletries, towels, a robe, hair styling electronics completely outweighed anything else. Complimentary breakfast which was lovely, you can choose Japanese or western. It is about a 15-20 minute train ride from Osaka and then about a 10 minute walk but if you download the GO taxi app, you can get a taxi in minutes and is very reasonable if you have a lot of luggage.

Very spacious room with bar area, lounge area, wet 💦 room with bubble bath and private sauna. Had an amazing night and would want to come back to try other themed rooms like the train one or one with swimming pool. Very anonymous check in and checkout. Super convenient location, but kinda in an interesting area. There were some love hotels near by but only a 5 min walk away was the big street with the Glico man, and Namba station. This place would probably be quite decent for advanced hostel-stayers
The location was excellent, if a tiny bit seedy (massage parlor in the building, love hotels nearby). Despite the seediness, we (3 women) did not feel unsafe. It is very near the Nippombashi station and literally one block from Dotonbori. The air conditioning worked well and there was a washer.
We did not take hotel breakfast.
Room was clean however the bed/ mattress was hard and worn out, it is time to get new bedding. Also the pillows need replacing.
Location was within walking distance to the railway station, however very closer to several "Love Hotels" therefore my opinion is that you could not promote for families with children.
It may be in the middle of all the love hotels but it’s close to shinsaibashi and dotonbori and namba, making it very easy to get to the heart of Osaka.
I loved the location of this capsule hotel. A few minutes walk from Osaka station. Next to a multitude of shops for food and even has some love hotels nearby. The sauna and public bath was always very clean and open. Very good to relax there for a while after a full day of walking.
The staff is helpful and friendly The location is 10 mins to Umeda station. Have eateries around the area. The environment is clean. Lightning in the room is sufficient and bright. For those who need to do laundry during the holiday, the laundry set up is well done. Sufficient washers and dryers for the guests compared to some hotels that need to queue to use it.
The breakfast, the location and the shower where really nice. It saved our stay for one night, but we would have not chosen it if we would have known what a Love hotel was. All the services are perfect for what you would expect from a love hotel, though! There are lockers in the basement that were really useful for us.
