We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel offered excellent value for money. The room was large enough and the bathroom was amazing! We were offered a range of toiletries - everything we could possibly need and there was a table in front of the lift where we could choose further toiletries etc
The staff were kind and offered us fresh towels every day. The hotel is very well located opposite the tram (Street car) and it was easy to get to the station or shopping centre.

Really interesting and beautiful Hotel. The decorations are all Halloween themed which was fun, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped with king-size bed, jacuzzi, TV, light settings, massager.
