This place is known as a "love hotel". You don't have any face to face with the staff. I'm guessing because a fair amount of the guests don't want to be seen by someone they might know? Your room comes with a free costume rental, lol... A little odd that there are no keys for the room. The front desk controls a magnetic lock to open and lock the doors, so you would have to call down to be let out.
This is the second time I’ve stayed and a significant improvement was the addition of WiFi which makes a huge difference to me.
The staff don’t speak English so be sure to use google translate if you have any needs.
The staff are super nice and very accommodating and if there is a problem it will be fixed straight away.
I would highly recommend to stay as the room has everything you need(microwave,fridge,comfortable bed,two massage chairs)
Love hotels are a little hit and miss in Japan but this one of good and I would stay again for sure.
The place was great, and the included breakfast was amazing! It's a love hotel but it was really comfortable and perfectly clean
