The lobby smelled AMAZING. Lots of free little snacks and beauty products. Free massage chairs. Also had a massage chair in our room, which was amazing. Loved the couple's bath tub and the living room with the absolutely gigantic TV. The alcohol on tap was also a nice touch!

There was lots of free amenities and the space was overall very comfortable and nice to relax in. Welcome service had free/reduced price drinks which was nice. The tub was big and comfy (plus had cool mood lighting) to relax in, and the massage chair was nice.

I love the fact that it had an outside onsen that was perfect and much needed after a day of walking and exploring the area. The breakfast in the morning was everything I needed. Most restaurants didn’t open until 11 or they were dinner restaurants and opened at 530. Very convenient. The staff on the property was so polite and although I didn’t speak too much Japanese, they made sure to find a way that we could communicate.

The room is nice, full of free amenities, bed is comfortable and the shower+bathtub is the best i had during my stay in Japan. I didn't know it was a love hotel when i booked it, but it was so much better than many other places and for an excellent price.
