The location of the apartment was good, as it was away from busy streets, just right next to the park and marina. It was silent and calm at night. The apartment had a good lightning and heating system. The host was friendly.
The hotel is in a quieter part of Venice. We were upgraded to the junior suite on arrival which was a welcome surprise, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is for adults only which we very much appreciate. If you are looking for a luxurious hide away in Venice with all the comforts of a 5-star childfree accommodation, look no further. We highly recommend it!
The apartment is very convenient with everything just round the corner, i. e. the supermarket, restaurants and cafes and everything else. Stefano is excellent. He responded to our messages regarding the heating and the WiFi connection like lightning. A very big bravo and thank you to Stefano. He is also very helpful with all questions that we enquired. He gave wonderful recommendations too.
I love hotels with roller shutters! Because of it we had great sleep!

warm hospitality and friendly staff. All from reception, housekeeping and kitchen . All are friendly , welcoming and helpful. The interior design of the room was nice kind of Italian art and modern art . Lightning technology advance ,comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean bathroom, modern design , good facilities like jacuzzi and good quality of shampoo , body wash , body cream and conditioner. It was more than enough and each time replaced as well .

A small hotel that has seen its better days. Nothing more or less: Good value for the money and great location if you are arriving with train. The shower was good and the lightning in the bathroom ideal for doing makeup. The staff was friendly.
Wonderful, great and helpful Staff, who prepared super surprise for my partner (fiancee - thanks to them).
