It's very resort-like, a renovated palace with a true balance of rich past and modern facilities, great for relaxation as it is also adults only. The staff are amazing, very friendly. The Gym is superb with a pool view and high end equipment. The pool is really nice as well.
The construction around the hotel didn't bother us much. 5 minute walk to Montazah gate. The close by lake is beautiful for night or morning walks.
The Palace itself it absolutely stunning. We loved the whole set up and organisation. We felt very safe and especially loved the fact that it was for adults only. The staff went over and beyond what was expected of them.
