The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted me with my surprise proposal to my now-fiancee. They helped receive, hide, and then sneakily place in our room whole working around my updates with regard to check-in times etc.
For the price point the room was clean and orderly, and everything worked well. Secure parking on site available with prebooking!
Lobby and taco bar looks very clean and chic. Great aesthetic.
Check In staff were helpful along long wait.
There was also a long line up for breakfast waiting to be seated. I must say that the young chap in charge of seating was marvellous. He was on the ball chasing up staff to quickly clear tables and arrange people to be seated.
Also can't forget the chef on the breakfast Wok. He did the work of 3 people. He was like flash lightning juggling 2-3 omelets pans at the same time plus cooking 8 fried eggs at the same time. Worked non stop till 10.30 am. Amazing.
The capsules are very spacious and there’s two usb ports and a plug. Lightning and good wifi. Airconditioning in the room was great! Really cool and no cockroaches to be seen. Kind employees.lots of cleaning! For a hostel I thought the showers and toilets were pretty clean all the time.
We booked a corner room with a balcony and great views of the beach and surroundings. The room was clean, spacious and with great natural lightning.
Very nice breakfast included, also with lovely views and lots of natural lightning.
The staff was great. We had a lost luggage problem with our flight and the staff at the reception desk were very helpfull.
The price is a little bit high, but it was definetively worth it.
Relative easy acces to sydney CBD using public transport.
We would definetively repeat.
Check-out was lightning fast, under 1 minute. The concierge Philip was immensely helpful and saved us $50 on a taxi ride by suggesting UberX instead - absolute legend.
I arrived late, and the self-check in instructions were very clear. The room was spacious, sunny, with a comfortable bed and enough drawers and cupboard space to put everything away. Desk and large TV monitor that acted as my second work screen placed on a large desk. Plenty of power points. Good lightning. Very clean. Staff friendly.
