The hotel is fantastic! It's perfectly comfortable and affordable, offering all sorts of amenities for guests, albeit some of them require paying a premium. The breakfast was better than other reviews would lead you to believe. The staff were very helpful whenever I had issues. Overall, a great place giving you a pleasant, corporate hotel for the price of a lodge.
The location, value for money, cleanliness and hospitality is spot on. Do not hold high expectations though, but if you are just in for a decent bed, hot shower and an easy to connect location these safari type chalets will do for you.
The breakfast is substantial and great value.Muma the chef is always helpful and pleasant to everyone.All the staff at this lodge are very friendly and amazing people.
The lodge is situated in a beautiful game park, with a range of comfortable dining areas. We loved exploring the gardens around the chalets and the beautiful lawn, which welcomes a range of animals from time to time!
The friendliness of all the staff, the fabulous lodgesl rooms and the food! All magnificent. This was the best holiday location we have ever had.
Wild Dog's Lodge was a brilliant place to stay in Lusaka. We had a day between our safari ending and our flight out of Zambia. We wanted to continue the safari lodge vibe rather than stay in a standard hotel and this was perfect. The rooms and communal areas were really comfortable and I enjoyed a swim in the pool. Lovely grounds and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was quite disappointing, they kept running out of some of the foods like baked beans, brown bread, butter, coffee, cocao or hot choclate and the variety was below expectation. Lesser lodges provide far wider variety and the service itself seemed a bit disorganized
