The Econo Lodge hotel is located just three miles from Penn State Harrisburg. It is minutes from the Harrisburg Area Community College, the Farm Show Complex, Hersheypark amusement park and Hershey's Chocolate World. The Harrisburg International Airport is four miles away. It was advertised that there was a breakfast but when we checked in we were told it was stopped about 4 months before. Don't advertise something and then not have it. It could be an issue for people like us that were expecting food and had to go find food before we continued on with our travels.

I like being able to park at my door.

Unique lodging in the woods. Each little lodge had its own grill and fire pit to allow you to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. The one we stayed in had a kitchen, lounge bathroom and main bedroom. The air con was a welcome mod con, as was the WiFi! There was plenty to do on site such as games to play, sauna, hot tubs, all looked new or recently renovated. The staff were friendly.
This is one of the more memorable and atmospheric lodges you are likely to fine anywhere in America. Both cozy and grand, this was the home of a wealthy lawyer to the plutocrats of the Gilded Age, at a time when Pittsburgh’s steel industry was driving the industrial revolution. The lobby features an elegant lobby with fireplace, a grand staircase, oil paintings, stained glass windows and lots of mahogany. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff are courteous and efficient.

Beautiful, spacious, and quiet cottages. Would highly recommend The Lodges!
The lodges are quiet and although near each other in proximity, they are private and secluded. Parking was available right in front of the lodges. The tavern at the main building had good food and drinks, reasonably priced. Proximity to downtown Gettysburg was ideal.
The lodges was beautiful. The setting very serene. The room was immaculate. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Would definitely go back again.
We like this place everytime we have a project in the area, our crew lodges here, the night manager is a very helpful gentleman, we had booked wrong room type for both of our reservations, and the gentleman at front desk patiently helped us to resolve the issue, great customer service
We loved the location of the Lodges. It was very peaceful and has a beautiful view. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with our needs. We will definitely stay here again!
Breakfast was great,location was great.every other thing was great,this is my first time of lodging at this hotel I always lodge with marriott.
