The nearest airport is Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport, 139 km from the lodge. The lady was very nice and welcoming. She explained us the places we can go near by, and explained where to go with a bicycle - very nice round trip around the lake, btw. She also explained us where we can swim, the place is not so obvious, most of them are private. The room is very small, but pleasant. We made a barbeque one day. There is a big shared kitchen with lots of facilities. A nice common terrace.

The owners accepted my booking at short notice and we're quick to restore the electric after a serious thunder storm. I spent almost a week here with my 3 dogs and was quite happy and comfortable. The town of Beclean with shops restaurants and amenities is a 5 to 10 minute drive away. During the week it was very quiet and relaxing.
