Beautiful terrace with splendid views. Good place to just sit and gaze in rest. The lodge is tiny and cozy and the contact with the owner is good; easily accessible via whatsapp and helpful. The formula with daily fresh bread and basic breakfast facilities is a very nice idea. The location is in the middle of the Serra da Estrela, so everything in the park is in reach. We had a lovely time here and will definitely return if we are in this area again.

We thought the outside bathroom might be a bit of an adventure but it was lovely, clean and well fitted out. All round a great place to hide away!
