The service is incredibly nice, we felt very at home. We even got blankets to chill on one of the many couches when it got chilly in the evening. The pool is great, big and clean. The room was nice and generous. The food was incredible! Great portions and super yummy for an affordable price. They also had no issues preparing something vegetarian for us. We loved the breakfast as well, it was the best we had during our entire 2-month vacation.

Situated 14 km from Colca Canyon and 9 km of Cabanaconde Casa de virginia offers accommodation 9 km away from Cabanaconde.. The owners were very friendly, the food was good and had vegetarian options, the hotsprings were very nice after the hike.

Killawasi Lodge is situated in the heart of the famous Colca Valley, in the village of Yangue. Surrounded by panoramic green landscapes, it offers modern accommodations with private balconies. We've spent almost 3 weeks at different places in Peru, but if I may pick up the one where we felt treated like family members, that would definitely be Killawasi Lodge. Cosy rooms, exceptional hospitality and beautiful lookouts were just the beginning. As there was no available guide for the day we needed, the hotel manager took us for a short afternoon walk in the neighbourhood. He explained us everything we wanted to know and the day we finished at the hotel restaurant enjoying first-class meals made of local products. If going to the Colca canyon, "the Moonhouse" should be your #1 choice!

An absolutely exceptional experience! The ladies working there went out of their way and beyond for us and deserve a 12/10 rating. Amazingly beautiful scenery, great breakfast, and super comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We were served cocoa tea upon arrival and enjoyed a delicious meal in the afternoon. Because we had to leave early the next day (05:00), the staff made us a big and lovely breakfast at 04am. Nothing to say but a perfect stay!

Surrounded by greenery and hills at the bottom of the Sangelle Valley and offering an outdoor pool and free breakfast, Oasis Paraiso Ecolodge is located in Cabanaconde. Such a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the canyon! The lovely gardens were also a perk, and of course the pool after a long day of walking. The rooms were cosy and the food was great. We loved our time here - thank you.

Llahuar Lodge features a garden, 3 hot spring thermal water pools that is open 24hours. It is located a 3-hour walk from Huaruro waterfalls and 9 km from Canamaconde town. The team welcomed us very warmly. We told them that our hiking shoes broke completely beyond repair during the hike to Llahuar and the owner was very committed in helping us - he made it possible that our larger backpack that we stored in Cabanaconde was brought to the lodge so we can retrieve other shoes for the resting hiking days. Beautiful place, good food, welcoming vibe!
