Vollsnes Feriehus is situated in Hjelle, by Lake Strynevatnet, All accommodation options have a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi. Some offer lake views. Stryn Ski Centre is 25 km away. The location was amazing! The sauna, kayaks and SUP’s were a real treat!

Marit and Björn were wonderful hosts! Very caring and helpful - it was a pleasure talking with them every time we met. The cottage was very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The terrace is one of the highlights with stunning views of the surrounding areas. Great hikes in the vicinity and Gudvangen is only a 15-minute drive away from where you can take the ferry to flam. I highly recommend this place!

The location is outstanding, can’t be described with simple words! Have spent many weeks in different places in Norway, but this place is the best among very good other places I have been.

The setting was sublime and Lucie made us feel like extended family. We so enjoyed Lucie's fine French vegetarian dinner (the veggie part was our request) and our walks in the gorgeous, secluded, glacier area, which for us included a vivid rainbow at the base of a waterfall. Truly a memorable joy.
