The lodges are in a very quiet and beautiful area, perfect for a calm weekend, and the possibility to use the natural swimming pool is a great plus. The lodge contains all the necessary amenities, a spacious bathroom and is decorated with a lot of taste. The breakfast was just delicious and it is amazing to enjoy it peacefully on our own terrace. Last but not least, the staff is extremely welcoming and kind and do their best to make our stay as great an experience as possible!

Vakantiepark 't Urkerbos - Kabouterhuisje har utsikt över trädgården och erbjuder boende med en säsongsöppen utomhuspool, en trädgård och en terrass, 2,5 km från Dijk strand. This was my first stay in a camp ever and I have to say that I am very satisfied. I did a right choice and selected a small hut (1 night stay) and I felt very cosy in it. It is a great camp 2 km from Urk and midst fantastic nature, fantastically cared lawns and sufficient offer of food & snacks. Reception staff very friendly, you can order snacks at the reception and pick them up next morning for a fresh breakfast. A pity I could stay only 1 night but I had to go on (I travelled by car and did 4000 km in 8 days visiting 7 countries). There is also a pool and playground for kids and pony horses. And there are 3 beautiful cats in the camp going around. One of them was insisting and I let him in the hut and he jumped on a bed immediatelly to lie down. I like cats and please my request to camp staff: please keep some food and water for cats so they can eat and drink and enjoy in the camp, too. Thank you.
