Rain Forest Inn is located in Bertam Valley amidst the lush rainforest and cascading waterfalls. It offers locally handcrafted rooms from which views of the surrounding nature can be enjoyed. Staying in the rain forest inn was an exceptional experience. Gee Tatt is a fantastic host. He really does everything to make you feel at home and he loves telling stories and explaining things about the native way of life. The hut we slept in was simple but cosy and the best thing was the hot shower :) The native food they served was tasteful and it felt very special to try things that are so different from what we know - both for dinner and for breakfast. Our daughters enjoyed swimming in the stream and we enjoyed hanging out in the main area with the other guests.

This is a cool experience to be in the middle of jungle. The lodge offers you a full comfort of living. The bungalows are very spacious and fully equipped. The full board is awesome. The staff really makes it’s best to provide you an unforgettable stay. At least we were the at low season and enjoyed very much care from the staff.

Nice host, he’s not staying at the accommodation but he arranged our arrival on whatsapp and he came by several times (brought us some battery lamps when power was down in the whole village). Comfortable and clean room with a terrace, basic bathroom.

The place is good, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Locations is easier to go out but you will need to drive. Surround activities is well connected, you can just book when you check in. The BBq set there are good too, we order for 2 pax for the night with the nature activities. The old airplan stop there is special just too many of mosquito, i think they still working on the renovation to become new room in future.
