Set in El Pacífico, Cabañas Rancho Viejo offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, a garden and a terrace. everything!!! remote and peaceful location with very kind staff on a beautiful property with cozy cabins, beautiful plants, flowers and a beautiful view. they offer free yoga classes some mornings and they are near an authentic temazcal called temazcal yo’oo be’een and can easily organise an experience for you there. you can easily get a Tuktuk to and from the town at any time, a less than 5 minute ride from the property. perfect if you are seeking solitude and tranquility with the option to go to the town any time.

Villas Carrizalillo offers accommodation in Puerto Escondido. Zicatela Beach is 2.4 km away. All units have a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. We cannot rate Villas Carrizalillo highly enough. Everything was exceptional. The magnificent views, the beautiful facilities and the attentiveness of the staff all blew us away. The view of the sunset from the restaurant or from our balcony was absolutely incredible. And the quality of the food and drink that the hotel offers was also to a very high standard. It has private access to the local beach, Playa Carrizalillo, which offers surf lessons, and local snack bars, as well as just being a quiet beach to relax on. The hotel also has medium dipping/swimming pool, to cool off from the heat. The surrounding area was also very nice and relaxing, a slower more peaceful setting than the main stretch of restaurants and beach in Puerto Escondido - but there was still plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to meet our needs, and just a short taxi journey if we fancied venturing out further, to Playa Zicatela or Punta Zicatela. Local beaches Angelito and Manzanillo are within walking distance and also worth visiting, with late night entertainment on some evenings.

Set 23 km from Commercial Walkway, Pueblo del Sol Hotel Retreat offers accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Free WiFi is offered. We had such a special 2 nights at Pueblo, it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere despite only being a 40 minute drive from puerto escondido! It was peaceful and quiet, such a unique place to spend time being so close to nature. Food was outstanding, the chef Leo created absolutely amazing homemade dishes using local fresh produce. We had fresh fish, a roast lamb dish and dessert with every meal that had been freshly baked. Some of the best food I’ve had in Mexico! We were also so happy with the room, stayed in the cabanas which had hammocks overlooking the forest - bed was huge and comfy. Ivan the manager was also super friendly and helpful. And Fabian the driver was very kind too and dropped us at our next airbnb after :) can’t recommend this place enough!

Offering a private beach area, Bambú Ecocabañas is a quaint tropical property located in San Agustinillo. It features a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout. this was the most amazing stay we had in Mexico! extremely friendly staff, nothing was too much to ask, a great outdoor kitchen with all you need, spacious rooms, good beds, perfect lounge spots and beds, and the most perfect location: beautiful beach with left sunrise, right side sunset: all you need! we will go again, that’s for sure!

Situated in El Pacífico, Alto de la Sierra by Rotamundos features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a bar. I was recommended this hotel from a friend and we loved EVERYTHING about it from the amazing view to the finishings of the room. Marianna checked us in and provided amazing service through the whole stay. This was one of my favourite hotels in Mexico. The beds were comfortable, showers hot!!! multiple places to relax, the electric fireplaces were great! STARLINK WIFI in the mountains!!! 10/10 in everyway. The restaurant next door provides amazing food aswell! A great place to stay for a few nights. You will not be dissappointed!

With mountain views, Casa Regina Oaxaca is located in San Pablo Villa de Mitla and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Very beautiful place, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff, good food. Highly recommandable.

With Mermejita Beach reachable in 300 metres, Carpe Diem Casitas & Villas Mazunte features accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a terrace and a bar. This place is absolutely enchanting!! Words cannot even describe how lovely the Carpe Diem is! The attention to detail is unbelievable- every inch of the property has been perfectly designed and thoughtfully decorated. Its a modern facility tucked into the hill above Mazunte- away from all the hustle and dust of the main Mazunte area. Appreciated having a fridge and coffee pot! The on-site restaurant is just lovely and food was delicious!

Located in Zipolite, Mixtli Ecohouse, Habitaciones Sol & Luna - Starlink Internet provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Andres was an excellent host, made all the difference for my stay in Zipolite -- telling me how to get to the best beaches in the area, introducing me to people, and to a good time. Even very, very generously made it up to me when there was a bit of a booking overlap. :) Stay at Casa Mixtli!
