Situated in Tonalá, Entremares features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a private beach area and a terrace. Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with sea views. Solid 10/10. It was truly a privilege to spend a week at Entremares. The people who work here (especially Gloria and Suleima!) are extremely kind, down to earth, and helpful. I saw more shooting stars in one night that in my whole life combined. We loved swimming in the ocean and the estuary and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The cabaña was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did not miss having hot water (the water comes from a tank so it's somewhat heated by the sun and was certainly not ice cold). We were really impressed with the food at the restaurant. We ate all our meals there for 8 days and never got bored. We probably tried half the menu and while we had some favorites, everything was fresh and tasty. We especially appreciated the way the staff proactively handled a dairy allergy and remembered from meal to meal. The menu is also fairly priced. A truly beautiful place to soak up the natural world of Chiapas and one of those special places I'll never forget.

With mountain views, Finca Vallescondido is set in El Caobano and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. The family running the hotel is very friendly. Nice location in between Palenque and Yaxchilan temples. Very good food for dinner. A small river runs through the property (nice sounds which you can hear from the room).

Located in the Lacandon jungle setting in Palenque, this resort is a 5 minute drive to the Archeological Zone of Palenque. A 60 km drive from Cascadas Agua Azul Natural Park. food and service was excellent, the pool was wonderful. The villas were amazing !!

Such a beautiful setting, very peaceful and Adriana and her staff are all very kind, welcoming and so helpful and supportive to anything I needed help with. I would definitely come back and stay here again :)

Amazing place in the jungle. The rooms are beautiful, the gardens incredible, great staff, good restaurant. An experience not to be missed!

Located in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Yagil B&B provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. the complex with the inner patio is just magnificent, its really quiet and the view from the rooftop (we rented the house a few days earlier with friends, before my stay alone there) is beautiful. the staff, cleaning service and especially Yagil are very welcoming and can help you with every request even without being able to speak spanish. the double room i stayed alone in is perfect size and most important the tap water in the complex is treated so its safe to use for brushing teeth etc. that otherwise can be a problem in San Cris. Another good tip is to go on a tour with Yagil in the jungle/mountains dont miss that out!! free water, EXCELENT WIFI!!

Featuring mountain views, Ecolodge Las Nubes Chiapas in La Fortuna Gallo Giro features accommodation, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Las Nubes Waterfalls is a few steps from the lodge. it is situated on a beautiful river with waterfalls, swimming spots, a large shaded area, on site restaurant and an amazing hiking trail. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the cabins are basic but clean and have comfortable beds and a nice balcony.
