An oven, a microwave and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Everything was perfect. Cedric (the owner) was so friendly and helped organise us diving & snorkeling, and the villa was absolutely amazing. It was sparkling clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the views were incredible - we couldn't fault a thing! This must be one of the best places to stay in Deshaies - my husband and I will definitely return!

The host Olivier was amazing, helping us with taxi and restaurant and car hire bookings. Steffani looked after us when we were there very well. The pond with fish and a turtle was great and we had lots of visits from birds and even three cats. Pointe Noire is a nice village and the Parc Aquacole is a great place to see herons and kingfishers. Cannot wait to return

It’s a truly serene place in the middle of lush nature and within walking distance from the river. Carina and Lester are delightful hosts who took great care of me. I did several tours with Lester and had so much fun and a wonderful time. Carina made delicious food at night. Super close to the airport but still right within the forest and in nature. The scenery around the lodges are beautiful, and the views from the rooms/breakfast is stunning. The people are so, so lovely! They will give you recommendations, help you plan the trip and let you know the best way to do things. They also plan great tours to help you explore the island. Would recommend highly!
Our stay at Jan Kok Lodges was excellent! The hosts were very receptive and the structure is very good. I believe the biggest differential is the location. Located right in the middle of the island, you are less than a 5-minute drive from incredible beaches and you won't need more than 30 minutes to get to each end of the island. The view of the flamingo lake is beautiful.

Wow what a fab location. The lodges sit in a small cove which is perfect for swimming and snorkelling (which we did every day). The place is clean and safe. the staff are excellent. It is literally paradise.
Blue bay lodges are a series of nicely located and appointed small self-service apartments with a nearby (free) beach with lots of services and a lovely setting and beach location. It is really quiet, although, inside a big residential private area. It should be a prime location and vacation spot for golf lovers, as it has its own nicely appointed golf course.
We loved the property!! What an experience! Our room (Banana) and all the other lodges are located in the middle of the rainforest surrounded with hummingbirds, palm trees and fruits. The view from our balcony was incredible, overlooking the plantations. Fantastic location. We stayed three nights while exploring the area (mud baths, waterfalls, pitons,chocolate plantations- all 5 mins away) and enjoying the sound of nature on our balcony. Strong wifi signal across the entire resort was also a bonus.
The area is great, we liked the lodges a lot. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful and engaged. Breakfast and dinner are delicious!!
