The whole experience of staying at Naga lodge was amazing. I stayed two nights and you definitely need at least two nights to take in this experience. That experience was made my Frederic and Onh who are the owners and managers, and all of the staff. Their spirit is in this place and I immediately felt like family. They were so careful and attentive to all the small details which make a trip so memorable. The breakfast choice was fantastic including homemade ginger bread and organic homemade jams plus a whole range of other items. Both Frederic and On are excellent cooks so there is a wide range of extremely tasty western and Asian style food, and as a vegetarian they went out of their way to make me some very special dishes. A good selection of wine and quality cocktails and Laos expresso coffee are also available. The bungalows are really well made and very clean and comfortable, with mosquito nets and electric fans to keep cool if it's hot. Comfortable chairs to sit on the balcony of the bungalow and just watch the world go by. And the view of this valley is magical. I could sit all day and watch the clouds and weather change. They have mountain bikes to rent to explore the area and it's very easy to walk and enjoy a very untouched part of village life in Laos. A very moving and memorable visit that I will not forget. A huge thank you to all there for being part of my journey.

With mountain views, Luxury Camp@Green Jungle Park is located in Luang Prabang and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Clean and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. The view into the jungle from the private balcony is fantastic and the swimming pool is clean and very nicely presented. Overall this place is incredible and we are surprised by the small number of reviews, however don't let it put you off - you won't be disappointed. For those that don't like insects, the room is well protected. The breakfast here is also good and comes with a view.

An old wooden house well restored in confortable hotel, awesome and peacefully place. The staff is really friendly and helpful, open minded.
-The hotel is a very beautiful and luxurious wooden house -The hotel owner is very kind and offers free motorbike and bicycle rental services every day and arranges tours and buys train tickets at the hotel at reasonable prices. Will recommend this hotel
This is one of my favorite hotels ever. It’s perfectly situated at the riverside of the Mekong. Watching the sun set over the hills while listening to the sounds of small boats is amazing. The rooms (situated in old, but modernized Lao wooden houses) are fabulous, clean, very comfortable bed an pillows, great bathrooms. And all is designed with an eye for the detail. Not to mention the great breakfast. In fact I just booked another two nights simply because I liked it so much…..
Beautiful property with a a lovely garden & great views across the fields to the mountains. The Owner Frederic & his fiancé & staff are very kind people & made my stay very special. Special mention for the food, great breakfast included, fresh pasta for dinner & lots of western and Asian dishes. I mentioned I loved Red Duck curry & the next night they cooked it for me & it was the best one I’ve ever had… Nam Dong Park is a 5 minute walk from the Lodge.
The guesthouse is a wooden house laotian style, really close to the night market and the river.
The manager is very efficient, he went out of his way to help with train tickets, transfers, laundry. LaoLu is a simple but charming lodge with nice rooms (we stayed on the first floor), the location is very central, in a quiet street next to the morning market.
Very cosy colourful wooden house, 3 minutes walking to stunning sunset river spots, less then 10 to the food market area. Around the corner a lot of cafes, restaurants, massage, money changers, mini market, laundry service ecc ecc available. Free instant coffee, tea and water 24/24
Nice stay in front of a quiet river, lodges in rattan with a lot of charm. The people are really helpful for everything, and there is a platform to rest or share a drink with somebody, be careful for the access is a bit slippery!
