Staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots to do - game drives and activities with knowledgeable guides arranged around your desires and schedule. Also Tawi is a relaxing location to sit and watch the wildlife who come by (there is an electric fence) including monkeys, impalas, giraffes and occasionally elephants using the mud hole. Food is absolutely exceptional. Each meal is unique, crafted by the in-house chef using ingredients grown in their greenhouse. The manager, Gladys, is a true delight. She cares about her guests and works hard to manage everyone's requests, always with a smile and a friendly positive attitude. Tawi is not inexpensive but includes all food (including wine!) and many activities (game drive are extra). So the cost ends up being reasonable.

Food is buffet style and plentiful, the pool a wonderful place to cool off in between twice daily game drives (extra), which are a must. It’s such a beautiful place.
