The property is at the very top of a hill overlooking the valley below. The view is gorgeous, overseeing the entire valley and mountains in the distance. Michela is an excellent host, helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent.
The room balcony is also lovely.

The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 18 km from BED&BEER BIRRIFICIO LA GRAMIGNA. the house was beautiful and in a beautiful location. It was fully stocked and had almost everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing

Lovely house. Porches all around. Quiet and peaceful. Only met property owner by phone, but very nice and efficient. Coffee maker, kettle, and toaster in the breakfast room. Views unbelievable. My favorite place to stay on the cammino so far.

Location was excellent. Peace and quiet. Host was very helpful, disponible and informative to all the guests enquiries. Recommend and would not think twice to rebook same lodging if I visit Assisi again.
We had a warm welcome from our host. Very nice and comfy lodging at the heart of the historical centre.
Scenary is amazing and there are a couple scenic routes to Trevi. Easily a place worth your money. Lodgings are rustic and I really liked the athmosphere.
It is a lodging travelers dream about. The suite was spacious, the decor simple but fitting into the whole of the structure. Special attention was paid to the lovely soaps and shampoo. We felt welcome and respected. A return is in the future. Five stars.........
Beautiful room with full view of Assisi in the distance, very helpful and welcoming host, perfect location close to Perugia and Spello with ample, private and secure parking.. Delicious and abundant breakfast. Perfect place to lodge to visit Umbria!
The clean and property lodging is a really great welcome! The staff director is a very helpful and polite person. A great staff always working to make a stunning garden.
