Location. Very quiet and close to a small village with a restaurant. When we arrived we saw some small whales close to the harbour.. amazing! The cabin had everything we needed and was already cozy and warm when we arrived. The hottub is a nice bonus after a long day of hiking and driving. Nice oasis close to Akureyri!

Located at the edge of Ásbyrgi National Park, Nordic Natura provides accommodation with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. All units include a dining area and/or a terrace. This is one of our favorite guesthouses during the entire trip! beautifully decorated and modern interior, everything looks new and fresh (except for the flooring which I think got damaged over time); well fitted kitchen with a dishwasher is a highlight for sure for people like me who enjoys cooking; a friendly host who took the effort to offer us a small souvenir upon check-in; romantic floor-to-ceiling windows providing a 120 degree view on the Asbyrgi valley

The house was very comfortable and surrounded by woods and a view of the water. Kitchen was well stocked. We could not use the outside deck area, since it was raining.
