They were great - both Rajasthanis and Nepalese. They were super friendly and helpful. Vicky was a great help. He organised my excellent desert safari and gave many useful tips to explore Jaisalmer. His elder brother received me with great enthusiasm in another Killa Bhawan Lodge inside the fort. There also the Nepalese staff were great. The room was super cosy and nicely decorated with Rajasthani arts and antiques. The AC functioned well, which is super important during the hot season.

The property is private and open with lovely amenities. They even arranged a folk evening with dancing and singing. The food is amazing and they accomodate all reasonable requests. I travelled with my three dogs, and all of us had the best time ever. The staff were very accomodating with regard to dogs' requirements too! Loved the experience!

To the benefit of the profitability of the venture but to the detriment of the overall atmosphere. The resort's service is excellent. The food is very tasty - local traditional cuisine. The resort is located on the edge of a nature reserve. A place especially recommended for animal and bird lovers. It offers the opportunity to observe many rare species. With a little effort on the part of the owners, it can become a unique place in India - the equivalent of Africa wildlife lodges. Highly recommended.
