We stayed in the cabin called Winston, which was absolutely beautiful! The view we had from our patio was unreal! The cabin was cozy and comfortable. It was spacious for the two of us. We had a hot tub which we used multiple times and enjoyed the relaxation.

The room was warm on arrival and decorated for the birthday I had told the lodge on booking! Prosecco in the room, balloons and banners! The hot tub was exceptional! It was beyond anything I ever expected! There was films, play station and games! The little touches made it unbelievable, can’t thank the lodge enough! I WILL be coming back!

Lakeside Eco Pod ligger i Oswestry, 11 km från Whittington Castle och 16 km från Chirk Castle, i ett område där man kan ägna sig åt vandring. We were kindly upgraded so didn't stay in the pod due to the terrible weather at the time. (It was very late, very dark, windy and had been raining across England for days.) I suspect there might have been a search and rescue if we'd tried to walk through the field to the pod in those conditions. So I can't comment on the pod. But look forward to returning at some point when the weather is better.

The Haystack ligger i Oswestry, 12 km från Whittington Castle och 18 km från Chirk Castle, i ett område där man kan ägna sig åt vandring. Log cabin and hot tub was spot on was in the beautiful rural countryside, its nice views while taking a dip in the tub . The host was very helpful to. 10/10..
