Also the restaurant was very warm and welcoming and even had a live singer on the evening. we will definitely return!

It's a stunning location, so quiet and peaceful. However what makes it is the comfort of the hut. It is very cosy and the beds are really comfortable and the attention to detail is amazing. Booked this very last minute and the host got in touch with perfect directions right away. He had also got the hot tub ready for arrival and this was very much appreciated. No picture will ever do this place justice, you must visit and see how incredible this little slice of forest heaven is. The sign of a good stay is when you post a picture on Instagram and are bombarded with ‘Where’s that?’ Messages. I used the Co-op in Barmouth to get breakfast essentials because the pod had all the cooking facilities I needed. I travelled with my 8 year old son and he was absolutely amazed by the fact we had everything to ourselves. Can’t wait to return!
