How comfy the beds were and how the lodge had a very homely feel to it, was a very nice atmosphere

All the staff at The Bowburn are exceptional in their customer service delivery and ability to engage with their customers. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay so good. This is the second time I have stayed here in one of the lodges and they are just perfect especially when here for work. The big sofa is so much nicer than having to perch on a bed to either work or watch tv and the little outside seating area is so nice to have with its own table and chairs after a day in the office. Menu is varied and always really good .

A lovely place to stay whether for business or pleasure. Friendly , efficient staff. Really delicious food and a super comfy bed with a perfect duvet! Just the right weight and really lovely crisp, white bedding. Would highly recommend , the lodges offer really good accommodation.

We stayed here for 2 nights in one of the lodges for my partners birthday which I was allowed up to decorate the day before and set presents out etc, the room was really cosy and very clean. The food in hotel and room service was excellent and very quick. Staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely be back. Best place we have stayed.

Great staff, good location, nice restaurant. Given complimentary upgrade from a room to one of the lodges.

We stayed in one of the lodges and it was absolutely beautiful. The whirlpool bath was amazing and bed was so comfortable. Got a really good nights sleep.
