Quirky secluded stay down a well-kept and very well lit track from the carpark. The instructions were excellent, the key, a torch, etc, all very accessible and the guest's needs really thought about. Wonderful! The cottage is tucked away in beautiful, interesting woodland with the sound of the stream below. Gorgeous location. The accommodation is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. /the area is lovely too. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in The Lookout Shepherds Hut. The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Everything has been done so nicely making it a really relaxing break away. We have a fantastic stay at the lodge. Very peaceful and right in between a short drive to ilfacoombe and woolacoombe. Ideal location. The lodge was incredible comfortable and very clean. The owners of the lodge were at hand if we needed anything and was very quick to reply with any questions we had. We were sad to leave and can not wait to go back. 4 of us stayed two adults to 14 year old children and we all just loved it. Can not recommend enough.
