We loved everything. The view of the river, how spacious the rooms were, the quaintness of the building, the friendly staff, the pub downstairs, the location. Everything was perfect.
The African themed lodge and room was amazing. The breakfast the morning after our stay was delicious and a great added value
A warm and customized welcome, meeting my board and lodging needs at once, being aware I was tired after a long travel and working day, with excellent efficiency always, with a smile :-) Should I be in that area again, I will return to this hotel with pleasure!
Pls dont book this.. Its not hotel.. It is like bachlor lodge... No ac.. No fan.. Not even clean.. No hygiene... Dont gooo....
The Private Spa Lodge was absolutely breathtaking, would highly recommend going there, beautiful view comfortable beds, heat flooring and a in door cinema… what more could you ask for to take a partner or loved one to visit.

Quiet charming small village on the bank of Ruhr. Not so many people in the middle of the week so could enjoy the peace and slow life. At the same time it's very remote area and nearest store, kiosk or supermarket are just in other towns few kilometers away.
