Situated in Sarapiquí, Yatama Rainforest Ecolodge features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Some units have a seating area and/or a balcony. The property was very simple but it was everything we needed. The water pressure and temperature was good, the bed was comfortable, the food was good, the WiFi worked, the staff was friendly. The location was incredible. It really was a unique experience. The guided tours were really cool. We saw howler and spider monkeys, five different snakes, all sort of frogs, many birds. The guide was really knowledgeable and Pedro was super helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here to someone.

Tipi Maleku, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Heredia, 16 km from Poas National Park, 5.5 km from La Paz Waterfall Gardens, as well as 6.9 km from La Paz Waterfall. What a beautiful spot ! The river along the cabin, the pond with the animals and the waterfall nearby are so charming. I wish I would have stay more than a night because I would have like to enjoy more all the facilities around and the beautiful surroundings.

Quiet, authentic hotel on the edge of town. Lots of space for short hikes and looking for birds and other animals. Owners and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Dinner on site after a busy day was a retreat and enjoyed immensely.

With garden views, Selva Verde Lodge is situated in Sarapiquí and has a restaurant, a tour desk, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The staff were friendly, rooms spacious and very clean, brand new bathroom with huge shower, strong A/C, and best of all, the most beautiful grounds.
