Located 16 km from Jardin Botanico Lankester and 26 km from Ujarras Ruins, Escapadita al Bosque provides accommodation in San Isidro. Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site. The location, the equipment, the care given to set practical things and to make the trails/sanderos very clear and easy. I definitely recommand it to people wanting to be inspired by nature.

With mountain views, Pacuare Mountain Lodge is situated in Tres Equis and has a restaurant, a tour desk, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Marjorie and the owner were very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful last day in Costa Rica, even though it rained. The location of the lodge is fantastic and you have a wonderful view of the mountains. The last 4 km to the lodge are on a gravel road. However, it can be done with a normal car, it just takes a little longer. We say thank you 😊

Offering free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Corredores del Pacuare is situated on Pacayitas, from La Suiza district (Taxi station) 11km North, at this point you will find the San Vicente intersection from... Very good experience. The hotel is somewhat remote (9km drive on unpaved road). Gilberth (the owner) is a very nice person. He really helped me when I got stuck driving a small FWD car, and prepared a very good breakfast. Highly recommended place to stay, but I would recommend driving a 4x4 in that area.

A cute comfortable bungalow with gracious hosts. A nice breakfast with options. We were there on the weekend so had dinner which was lovely. Price was extremely reasonable.

Featuring mountain views, Villas Valle Bello in Ujarrás features accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. We had a wonderful stay. Rolando and his wife were very accommodating and made us feel at ease from the first moment on. They even made us a tea with herbs from their own garden. The view from the balcony is amazing! However, the path to the villa is quite adventurous- especially if you are coming from Turrialba! A 4x4 is highly recommended. We extend our stay as we loved it there. We highly recommend staying at Villas Valle Bello!

Paraíso Quetzal Lodge features extensive gardens, wooden bungalows and a terrace with views of the cloud forest. It is located just 3 km from Los Quetzales National Park. We were so surprised to walk into such a beautiful room with a stunning view from the huge picture window facing the mountains! The room was clean and comfortable (it was pretty cold that high up in the mountains but the space heaters did a nice job of keeping us comfy during our stay. The path to the main lodge was easy to navigate and lined with beautiful plants to bring in the birds.

With mountain views, Hotel Wagelia Espino Blanco is located in Turrialba and has a restaurant, a tour desk, bar, garden and terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The bungalows were lovely, great attention, good food and very interesting trails.
