Both the front desk and the guides are super nice people, and helpful as well. The kitchen staff was also so nice and welcoming. Rahul, Guillermo, Flor, Armando, Pancho, Pilar, everyone was just the best people I could ask for! Such awesome human beings and great employees as well. Food was awesome, to be in the park is just magical. I recommend this place for everyone, especially after a long hike in the park. Can't take this place out of my mind. Looking forward to coming back!

There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.
