Bed is comfy, place is clean and has a large window. Exactly as advertised. Very safe, properly locks with a gate. Punta arenas is generally very safe.

(even if there isn’t - change your travel plans and make sure you get to stay at least one night at this place).

There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

There was hot coffee and tea available. The eating space and rooms have a great view of the Beagle Channel and the mountains in Argentina, and we saw cows, geese, and wild horses from our window. The food for lunch and dinner was absolutely stellar and created by a chef. It is a Prix Fixe menu and everything we received was amazing. We arranged transportation to and from the airport and everything went smoothly, including registering with the Police for our trek and stopping at the market. The location was perfect for our Dientes de Navarino trek and the horseback riding nearby was a great time, arranged by Errante. We were only there two nights, but if felt like a long time, in the best way possible. The staff was great, the view was beautiful, and we got great sleep. I highly recommend this property. Don't forget to say hello to Benito, a dog on the property that is impossible not to be charmed by.

Basically, it's everything you need during the low season. We are thankful for everything that we experienced here.
