The host was incredibly hospitable and the location couldn’t be beat!!! It is a very serene setting, just minutes by car to the main town on Isle Madame. The cabin was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed and the waterfront access was great for both some paddling and some relaxing in the screened-in pavilion. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Vipilodge and definitely plan to return!

The owner has put in much work, effort & pride in this home while keeping its rich history within her walls.... Il Cabot Shores è un resort e centro di ritiro selvaggio che offre alloggi, punti ristoro, avventure all'aperto/culturali, servizi benessere, spazi per riunioni/conferenze e vari tipi di ritiri in un... I had such a memorable stay at Cabot shores. Special kudos to Sunny, Kritika and Rutwik for making me and my family feel at home. They also helped me with checkin date adjustment as i had an emergency. They went above and beyond to help us with our requests starting from getting our room ready early, providing a detailed overview of property to arranging food, helping with ad hoc requests such as hot water. The food is soooo yum (chickpea and pasta). The property is set in wilderness, very scenic with a nice beach where you reach by pulling rope over a small boat - great experience! Very close to igonish too. The only down is limited washroom esp for bath but overall i highly recommend this place to anyone!
