The view particularly in the morning, was beautiful, especially it being Autumn. The staff were all very friendly, tonnes of knowledge and naturally hospitable. It is a one bedroom house with plenty of space for two, just 5 min walk to the middle of town. Kangaroos and ducks on the front doorstep. The best we have stayed in in Halls Gap.

Offering a garden, Araluen Park Cottages is located just 5 km from the centre of Lakes Entrance. All units include a flat-screen TV and CD player. There is a seating and/or dining area in some units. This accommodation is exceptional and outstanding value for money. The property is well maintained, secluded and is very well equipped. Somehow the 50-70 year ago ambiance works - the house was only built about 10 - 15years' ago we understand. We met Peter the owner and had a most agreeable chat with him. We are on a 5 week road trip around Australia and this was the best accommodation we have found so far.

Waverley House Cottages in Lakes Entrance are surrounded by private native gardens and offer an outdoor pool and BBQ facilities Free WiFi and free covered parking are available. we cooked our own breakfasts, lunches and dinner as it was a self sufficient cabin.. however it was great. Loved the experience.
