It was quiet at night. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the mountains. Berwang is a small town and you can walk everywhere. Although there was one flight of stairs to our room, the stairs were not steep and had a good handrail. It's an easy day trip to get to the Austrian side of Zugspitze gondola.

Nice apartment at quiet location. It's a bit old but clean and comfortable. Reseption locates at another building nearby. Very friendly personel. Location is nice, very quiet. Room has own entrance and patio, which is nice with kids. Kitchen is not new but we had all we needed. Skibuss stop is almost next to the house although bus not running all the day. Ski deposit is provided at next to skilift, so it's easy to walk to lifts too. We enjoyed sauna, which locates in another building at just short walking distance. We would definitely stay again.
