Kayube Estate Bungalows, hotel in Livingstone

Located 35 km from Victoria Falls, Kayube Estate Bungalows offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi.

Amazing location on the river, very peaceful and interesting - we enjoyed spotting hippos and crocodiles directly from our terrace. Karen set a sunset cruiser just for us, memorable experience away from crowds in Victoria Falls. We wish we had stayed more than a simple night, and enjoyed the bbq facilities! Next time, thanks

Fantastic small lodge only 10 mins walk into the township. Everything was very clean which is a key point for me. The pool was great. The staff were the best. The Victoria Falls Waterfront, hotel in Livingstone

Situated in Livingstone, on the Northern banks of the Zambezi River, The Victoria Falls Waterfront offers accommodation within 10 km of Victoria Falls.

The best thing the waterfront has going for them is the amazing view of the Zambezi river from their restaurant. They also have a company that can arrange activities for you right on their property, which is convenient. Not to forget, they have amazing cocktails. The room comes with breakfast, which is a buffet style, and it wasn't bad at all.

The Nkhosi Livingstone Lodge and Spa, hotel in Livingstone

With garden views, The Nkhosi Livingstone Lodge and Spa is set in Livingstone and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Complimentary WiFi is featured.

The hotel is located at a distance from the city, closer to the Victoria Falls, in a rather picturesque place. It is run by a wonderful woman who has managed to create a good team. As soon as you head to the pool (which, by the way, offers a beautiful view), someone is already rushing there to check the cleanliness. Another person carries towels, another brings a fan to the room, everything works like a well-oiled machine. It is also worth noting the possibility of dining in the hotel restaurant and a good breakfast. The room is very clean, comfortable, and large. Honestly, we were very regretful that we spent only one night there. Thank you, Natasha!

Room 1 was so beautiful (local touch, comfortable bed and good shower) It was the 40th birthday of my girlfriend. She was celebrated by the Lodge to the best with gifts and chocolate cake. The owner and the staff are really welcoming and supportive. They know all the activities in Zambia and beyond. They organize trips with professionalism with Off Road Safaris. Best quality for affordable price Authentic experience

The breakfast was below standard and you have to beg for it even if there is load shedding I believe hospitality industry use gas cookers to serve the guests efficiently with hot food. Most lodges and hotels i have been to they set the breakfast buffet so that as guests walk in they're served even the common chefing dishes did not have burners to keep food warm coming to the sausage they cut it in tiny pieces and it doesn't give appetite, I only had my breakfast the first morning

The whole experience at the lodge was above expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful, the lodge area and rooms where clean and the food was good in the lodge's restaurant and bar. The lodge can also arrange wide variety of activities such as sunset cruises and safaris with a decent price that start straight at the lodge. These were easy and hazzle-free way to see Livingstone and Victoria Falls area!

Beautiful hotel right on the Zambezi river, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. An extra nice touch to receive a personal card from the team to wish us well on our honeymoon!
