I have been to quite a few lodges around Gauteng but this one stood out of them all, from a family entertainment perspective. There is quite a lot things that can keep the kids entertained while the parents are relaxing. The pool area and the huge playground is very well maintained. Before going here I saw everyone commending the food and the restaurant, that did not disappoint, the food and drinks options were very good.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating. They arranged a well worth it safari drive through Dinokeng that was fantastic. At the Lodge self, both dinner and breakfast were at a good price and delicious, big portion meals as well. It's neat and clean with everything you need in the self-catering units. All around it is very tranquil.

The time allocated to us to host a party until late at night. A lot of lodges are restrictive.

The location was easy to find, short drive from Centurion, the gravel stretch from Moloto road is reasonable for any sized car. The Lodge is quiet and peaceful with the necessary roar of lions to remind you that you are in the wild. Clean lodgings with modern finishes, Aircon, bath robes, tea station, microwave and bar fridge. The WiFi connects (intermittently).
